Question:
Will item number 20TA-BLKIT fittings be compatible with Dexter drum brake numbers 23-398 and 28-399? It says it works great with disc brakes so I want to be sure the fittings are the same between disc and drums.

Trailer brakes use the same thread size whether they are disc or drum. The Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit # 20TA-BLKIT that you referenced would work well with the Dexter drums # 23-398 and # 23-399.
