Flatbed trailer spare size ST225/75x15 29max diameter side mounted and above deck needing enough coverage over back of spare for best protection and wind resist fit. Can you suggest best cover?

For tire size 225/75-15, the diameter is 28.4 inches. I recommend a spare tire cover like part # 052963753479.
All of the spare tire covers we offer have an elastic hem at the back that secures the cover to the tire. I have attached a photo that shows the elastic seam on the back of the cover you can check out.
