Hello. Would a replacement arm for the 910 XT 2 x bike rack work on the 3 x bike rack? It is the only replacement arm I see. Thanks.

Yes, the Replacement Arm for Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # 752-1096-001 that you referenced will fit the 2 and 3 bike versions of the Thule Passage bike rack.
For the 3 bike arms for the # TH911XT you would want the part # 752-1097-001.
