Can you please let me know if this Yakima Fullswing rack could damage brake cables that are running under the top bar of my kona lava dome bike?

We haven't had any issues with the Yakima FullSwing 4 Bike Rack # Y02465 damaging the brake lines of a bike that ran under the frame.
But if you wanted to be cautious you could also use the frame adapter bar part # 64005 that way the rack wouldn't touch the cables at all. This adapter attaches to the steering stem and the seat post to provide an attachment point for the rack. I attached a review video for you to check out as well.
