Question:

I am setting up another vehicle to tow behind my motorhome. I will need a bx1682 kit 03 GMC Sierra. Can i get just the brackets since I already have everything else or do I have to get the whole kit? Thanks.

To set up a second vehicle for flat towing behind your MH you will need to get vehicle-specific base plates and possibly also a lighting solution, depending on what you're using. The same tow bar and safety cables can be used, as long as the second set of plates works with your tow bar, and possibly the supplementary braking system as well, if it is a portable type like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. If you are using easy-install magnetic tow lights like # TLL21RK then these are easily transferred to a second vehicle.

You can use the drop-down menu box on the linked page provided to select your truck version. For example, for a 1500 Z71 you can use Blue OX base plates # BX1682. If you have a compatible Blue Ox tow bar, and portable braking and lighting systems like those noted above, then you're all set.
