Parts Needed to Bolt on Replacement Fender # CE17800G

Question:

I have a PROCRAFT trailer made by Marine Group L.L.C. in 1998. It has 13inch tires and I need a replacement bolt on fender for it. I measured it to be 27-1/2inch wide, 11inch tall and 8-1/2inch deep. The crushed finder has a total of 4 bolts that hold it on. The fender is rounded on the outside and squared off on the inside so it bolts up against the frame. I see the CE17800G appears to be exactly what I need as it says it bolts on and the measurements appear to be the same. However the old fender has 2 holes in the front and 2 holes in the back to bolt it onto the frame. Does this fender have holes? The picture doesnt show any I can drill them easily if needed and it states brackets are sold seperately. I dont need any brackets that Im aware of. I have a welding shop at home so I can do any fab work necessary to get the job done.

CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender # CE17800G does not have pre-drilled holes, so you will have to drill them. You can reuse your original mounting hardware and brackets or you can use the bolt on brackets, # CE26098G-2. These mounting brackets have 3/8 inch diameter mounting holes, so you will want to choose your mounting hardware accordingly. These brackets bolt onto the trailer frame and fender. Two brackets are required to mount one fender.

CE Smith fender recommends using bolt on brackets because it is pre-galvanized and welding galvanized steel can be hazardous.
