My truck has a round gooseneck hole. Does this hitch come in a model for the round hole.

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, # BWRVK3400-5W, which you referenced, is compatible with a custom underbed installation kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, like the custom installation kit # BWGNRK1313-5W. This kit will use the round hole in your truckbed but will add a square post in which the 5th wheel's square-shanked turnover ball fits into.
