The BROPHY Angled Hold-Downs for Truck Bed Campers, part # HSAB should work well for your 2000 Dodge Ram 2500.
These tie-downs are not designed to work with trucks with drop-in bed liners, plastic bed rails, side-step beds, and double-wall beds, so if your truck doesn't have any of these features, the # HSAB tie-downs will be what you need.
