I need an oem rectangular to 7 way blade adapter like this for an 01 ford f250 superduty, can you help?

For your 2001 Ford F-250 Super Duty you will need the Ford OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness, # 118243. This harness plugs directly into the standard OEM connector shown in your picture and fuses and relays are included.
