Question:

When my lights are on and I turn my left turn signal on my dash light say I have a lamp out but I dont what cause this

Is this only happening when towing a trailer? If so it could be a few different things. First, if the trailer has LED lights the low power draw of the LED lights could confuse the vehicle computer. To simulate more load you would add a load resistor, # DI34ZR to any affected circuit.

It could also be a poor connection caused by dirty or corroded trailer connectors. Make sure that the vehicle and trailer side connectors are clean and free of corrosion inside and out.

Also make sure that the lights on the trailer are grounded to clean and corrosion free bare metal surfaces.

If it happens without a trailer connected then it could be that a bulb is about to go out (or intermittently works). It could also be moisture or corrosion in the bulb socket. You would need to examine the turn signal bulbs and sockets to determine if there is any corrosion, moisture, or blackening of bulb that could indicate a short.
