Part number CURT 56170 I need to remove the harness from the inside compartment of a 2013 Honda pilot. Is there a special trick to get the connectors to release? I dont want to break the connectors...

On the vehicle side of the connector there should be a small tab that will need to be slightly lifted, which typically can be done with a very small screwdriver, while pulling the two connectors apart.
