Can 2 Sets Of BROPHY Trailer Steps Be Bolted Together

could two sets of these steps be bolted together and still be sturdy?

if you are intending to place two of the BROPHY Scissor Steps, part # SS04 side by side, you may have a difficult time attaching them together and still be able to use the scissor feature without interference from the attaching hardware. I have attached a photo of the # SS04 when it is folded you can take a look at. As you can see, there is little room for any hardware that would allow you to bolt it to another unit.
If you are planning on leaving them stationary once extended, there should be no problem bolting them together as long as you have a solid area to attach them.
If you are asking if the steps could be attached vertically to create a longer set of stairs I highly recommend not using them in this manner. This would create a really unstable and unsafe situation.
