Can the wheel on the Yakima Rack and Roll trailer be made tubeless?

The replacement inner tube for the Yakima Rack and Roll Spare part # Y08121 that you referenced is part # Y8880283.
Not sure why you would want to run a tubeless tire on a Rack and Roll trailer like part # Y08107, but since it has never been tested I can't recommend it.
