The 295-lb dry weight of your Yamaha WR250R dirt bike is well within the 500-lb maximum capacity of the Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier UF48-979033. However, this 2-inch hitch size is not offered for your 2006 Toyota Matrix; only 1-1/4-inch Class I and Class II hitches are made for your car.
The highest-rated hitch for your car is rated at 250-lbs tongue weight (TW) which is downward force on the hitch. Even without the 35-lb weight of the Rage carrier added in you would already be over the hitch's capacity just with the bike's dry weight. There is no hitch and no hitch-mount carrier suitable for transporting this bike on your car.
Your best option is to install one of these Class II hitches (see the link provided) and use a small trailer to transport the bike. Select your Matrix vehicle style from the drop-down menu at the top of the page to see the appropriate hitch for your car.
You will also need a wiring harness to operate the trailer's lights. I suggest the Curt no-splice plug-and-play harness # C55522 that installs easily with custom-fit connectors.
Once you have the hitch installed you can use the linked article to help you select the correct ball mount to allow the hitched trailer to remain level. You can then choose a ball mount and the correct size of hitch ball to match your trailer's coupler. For a 2-inch hitch ball use # C40018; for a 1-7/8-inch size coupler use ball # C40001.
It is always a good idea to check your vehicle owner's manual first for any guidance regarding the car's towing capacity.
