I have the NV with the Add-On, so total weight or rack is 79lbs. Just want to make sure this will work before I place order. Please advise. Thanks.

The Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack # S80940 will hold the weight of the bike carrier with bikes mounted as long as the combined weight does not exceed 100 lbs and the mounting surface capacity is over 100 lbs.
The Kuat NV 2.0 4-bike rack # NV22G-NA22G, which you referenced, weighs 82 lbs total. As long as you do not have any additional accessories or components that push the weight being placed on the # S80940 over the 100 pound capacity of the rack or the capacity of the mounting surface, it will work well to hold your NV 2.0 4-Bike rack.
