Passenger Turn Signal Does Not Work and Brakes are Dim when Applied

Is this a ground problem? Or what could be the problem?

This does sounds like a ground issue. You will want to check on the trailer lights that the ground is secured to clean, bare metal. You might also want to check for corroded connections. Look for wires with worn or cracked insulation, or wires that are pinched or broken.
