Best Options for Carrying a Hitch Mounted Bike Rack and Towing a Trailer

I am looking for options to tow 4 bikes along with a Livin Lite Quicksilver 10.0 trailer, that would provide adequate clearance for turning/backing up, etc. What is the effective weight ratings for combining a Curt Dual Receiver Tube D-192 with a Hidden Hitch Super Extra Long 80232?

The # D-192 that you referenced will cut the capacity of the hitch it is installed on in half so I would instead recommend the # D210 which does not have the same capacity reduction and would provide you with a ball mount plus a second hitch opening for carrying a bike rack.
Since you have an A-frame trailer a better option might be the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk Trailer # CC-275 that will install on the frame rails of the trailer. The capacity of this is 100 lbs though so you would need to be sure that the weight of your rack and bikes is les than that.
