Quite a few bikes! Send us some pictures once you have your complete setup.
For your 2004 Toyota Camry, I recommend the 1-1/4 inch Draw-Tite Class II hitch receiver # 36336 because its a Class II rated hitch and rated up to 300lbs maximum tongue weight. I did some research and your 2004 Camry has a tongue weight maximum of 200 pounds, but I still recommend checking your owners manual on your Camry to verify the tongue weight and gross trailer weight and be sure to not exceed the ratings of your vehicle.
With that said, the hitch mount bike rack I recommend for your bikes is the Yakima RidgeBack 4 bike rack # Y02458 because it only weighs 35 pounds. As long as your bikes all weigh less than 150 pounds, you will be just fine.
If any of your bikes are woman's or odd frame sizes, I recommend getting a Yakima bike adapter # Y02531 because it will create a straight top tube to ensure your bikes ride more level.
I included some great articles and videos for you too.
