Does this receiver C15302 mount to the frame with 4 or 6 bolts?

There will be a total of 6 fasteners that will be used to install the Curt Hitch part # C15302. Four come with the hitch and the other two are bolts that are in the truck's frame currently.
That is why there are only 4 bolts in the product pictures that the hitch comes with and 6 holes on the hitch.
