Question:
I have a 2015 Jayco Pinnacle 36kpts. It does not have a rear bumper. I need a receiver hit for a bike rack. Jayco gave me the number of 0240503. I can not find anything like that. I did find one universal that needed to be welded on. Is there another hitch that does not need welding? Thank you

The most popular hitch we recommend for trailers like your 2015 Jayco Pinnacle 36kpts is the Curt Multi-Fit Hitch part # 13703. This hitch will fit trailer frames that are between 22 and 72 inches in width so it should work well for you assuming your trailer frame falls in that range. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
One thing you should note is that only RV or motorhome approved bike racks should be used at the rear of a trailer. The rougher ride at the rear of a trailer puts added strain on bike racks so you would need to use a bike rack rated for the rougher ride.
I attached a link to a page that has all of the approved bike racks that would work. The most popular option we have is the Yakima LongHaul RV Bike Rack - 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # Y02476. The weight limit on the Curt Hitch # 13703 is 350 pounds. This rack weighs 32 pounds. This leaves plenty of room for your bikes.
Curt use to recommend the use of a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 when using a non-supported load like a bike rack with the hitch. I still recommended using one for added stability - it certainly can't hurt. Check out the video I attached for more info.
