Yes, you can get a replacement 7-Way receptacle only to fit in place of the one on # C56071. If you wanted a Curt brand you could use # C57101 which is a little fancier with its backup alarm and 4-Way flat built in.
Or for something simpler, just a 7-Way, you could use # PK11893.
