The Black WeatherTech Cargo Liner, part # WT40222 is designed to fit your 2012 Ford Expedition with the 2nd row bucket seats and no console.
It is flexible enough to allow you to use the 3rd row seats on your Expedition by just rolling up and placing behind the third row when needed. If it is rolled up for a period of time you may need to place some heavy items on the corners when you place it back in your Expedition to flatten it back out. You can easily just remove the liner if you need the space behind the 3rd row. If you want a Gray cargo liner you can order part # WT42222, and for tan you would order part # WT41222.
