Is it Normal to Have a Gap Between Timbren and Vehicle Frame Unloaded

Question:
Hi I installed a pair of timbren rubber springs on my tundra there is a gap of 1 inch between the top of the rubber stop to the frame is that ok?

Yes, having a gap between the Timbren and the trailer frame allows the suspension to operate without any harshness when the vehicle is unloaded.
The when the vehicle has the weight of cargo in it that gap will go away and the Timbren will be there to provide additional support.
