Question:
I cant find the instructions for this lock and my husband passed away 2 months ago. I can get the key in the lock but cant figure out what to do next. It is securing the hitch for our 17inch trailer to the back of my Trail Blazer. I would appreciate you sending me the instructions that would have been packaged with it . Thanks

Sorry to hear about your husband.
To unlock and remove the end of the hitch Lock part # e98880 you will need to insert the key into the lock core and then start turning the key counter clockwise to un-screw the end section of the lock from the rest of it.
