Question:
had no problem with mounting hitch C13386 on my new ford 2015 explorer every thing went good, great instructions, when looking at the finished installation see that the passenger s side rubber isolator is touching the round bar of the hitch, where the driver side looks to be clear approx. 3/8. pulled the exhaust around moves ok.no rattles .....how do I get better clearance passenger side ,or do I leave well alone seems to be ok , just want to be on the safe side. or do I loosen all my bolts and re do what would you suggest thank you. have not tried to hook up my boat yet new England is covered in 5 feet of snow so is my boat. I do like your videos instructions etc maybe the framework of the is out of line with the hitch , everything is about one month old hitch explorer etc.

If there is no noise from the contact between the exhaust hanger and the hitch then you don't have to do anything. If there is noise or you just want some more space then there are some things you can do to create more space.
I have included a link to a help article that covers the different methods you could employ. If all else fails then a muffler shop would be able to take care of the issue pretty easily since they have the tools and the know-how to work on exhaust systems.
I doubt that the hitch or vehicle would be misaligned. The way exhaust hangs can be different between any two or more vehicles that rolled off the same assembly line at the same time. because exhaust does have some degree of movement this is likely the issue and it is easily resolved so no worries!
