Question:
Using your website to determine the correct ball mount size, I calculated I need a class III mount with a1-3/4inch rise but there are none matching that size, what is an alternate rise that will work ok?

Helpful Expert Reply:
For a ball mount that will give you the correct amount of rise for your setup you would want the Curt Ball Mount part # C45270. This has a 2 inch rise which would work well for you when you consider that with the tongue weight of your trailer on the hitch the rear suspension will most like sag slightly which would allow your trailer to sit perfectly level.
If you need a pin and clip part # F-4 would be what to use. Or for a locking hitch pin # e98880. For a 2 inch hitch ball you would want # 40038, or for a 1-7/8 inch ball # C40017.
