Will the Yakima FrontLoader fit a 4 tire in front? Can I get a longer strap to fit a 4 tire in the rear?

It sounds like you have a Fat Bike. We do indeed have a solution that would work for you. I'd recommend the RockyMounts BrassKnuckles bike rack, part # RKY1201. When equipped with the optional Fat Tire Adatper Kit, part # RKY1240, it will accommodate your bike.
According to my Yakima representative, their # Y02103 FrontLoader Roof Mount Bike Rack will accommodate tires up to 2-1/2 inches wide, and wouldn't work with a 4 inch wide tire such as you describe.
