If you are looking for a rear door handle, the Redline lock bar assembly # 305736. It's has a 36 inch long pipe. Or the Redline # 3057-55. It will have a 55 inch long pipe.
If you are looking for side door locks, the Redline locking steel flush door latch # L3980 is easy to install and has a rustproof finish. This handle will work on doors up to 1-1/16 inches thick and can be locked as needed. It will mount in a 3-3/8 inch x 4-5/8 inch hole. You can use one way screws or pop rivets for installation but they are not included.
Another option and depending on your preference, is the Redline locking stainless steel T-handle flush door latch # L4080. It will mount in 2-3/4 inch x 3-3/4 inch hole. The door thickness range from 1-3/8 to 1-11/16 inches thick.
I included a couple video reviews of each door latch for you too.
