Locking License Plate Screw Kit for a Honda Accord

Honda says their license plate screws are M6 1-20. 1inch long metric. It doesnt appear that this part will fit. Does the manufacturer make one that would?

Since the Star Pin Locking Fasteners # CR81200 comes with new nuts for the screws of the kit to screw into it wouldn't matter if the Honda bolts match up.
Or you could go with the part # CR81300 that is designed to work with import vehicles. This also comes with new nuts.
