Question:
Will this fit my 2015 RAM 3500 Longhorn? and if so, do I retain my toe hooks? Thank you.

Yes, the Curt Front Hitch part # C31067 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2015 Ram 3500. I checked the installation instructions and there is no mention of having to remove the tow hooks so you will be able to retain those as well.
