We do have a brake controller adapter that will work with the Tekonsha Primus IQ Brake Controller, part # TK90160.
You will want the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter, part # 3050-P. One end plugs into the back of the brake controller and the other end simply plugs into the junction box located beneath your 2006 Nissan Titan dashboard.
I have attaché a link to a helpful article about brake controllers you can check out.
