The Dexter over-under conversion kit, # K71-385-00, is designed to fit 3 inch diameter round trailer axles. You will need to measure the diameter of your axle to determine if this kit will fit.
We also have # K71-384-00 which is for 2-3/8 inch diameter round axles.
These kits will only work if the trailer has the appropriate diameter axle and double-eye leaf spring suspension.
