Question:

have a electric brake controler tekonasha p3 with wiring adapter for 2015 toyota tundra but do not have tow package. but do have hitch reciever 7pin or what ever oem spec are and 4way flat all stock. is connection uder tow haul mode button allso ?

If your truck has a hitch, tow button and a trailer connector I would expect that it DOES have the tow package. In this case you would use part # 3031-P to connect the Prodigy to the truck's under-dash port. Please see the linked video showing the installation process.

The exact components that are included in a "tow package" can vary by auto maker, by vehicle model and model year. Sometimes the presence of a 7-way socket on the rear bumper means that a tow package is in place, while other times this single feature may not indicate the presence of all of the tow package equipment. Your local dealership can tell you how your truck is equipped based on its VIN number.

If your 2015 Toyota Tundra Crewmax is not equipped with a factory tow package you will not be able to use the quick-connect brake controller adapter # 3031-P but instead you will use a trailer brake controller installation kit # ETBC7 for a hard-wire type install.
