Yes we do, the Pro Series Jack part # PS1400860383 actually has an 8,000 lb capacity.
As far as a jacks that also work as a trailer dolly the # STC-V211 that you referenced has the highest capacity at 500 lbs of tongue weight. Which if the trailer weighed much more than that you really wouldn't want to be trying to move it around by hand anyway.
