  Hey James. I've linked a dimensional diagram below of the TorkLift PowerArmor Solar Locking Battery Box item # TLA7700LS you were looking at. • Is Barrel Lock Better than Flat Key Lock Style of Torklift Battery Boxes
  We don't have a way to convert the lock of the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7710R to a barrel lock but the flat key style that it uses is very effective and less susceptible to corrosion than a barrel lock.   I contacted the manufacturer and the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box, Item # TLA7710R, has outside dimensions of the box are 58-1/2 inches long x 8-3/16 inches wide x 13 inches deep. The inside dimensions will be approximately 1/4 inch less all the way around. The box includes 5 battery hold-down straps, adjustable divider, and mounting hardware. It also has a sturdy lid that locks while providing quick and easy access. The TorkLift Battery Box is also made in the USA.

  I'm assuming that you're speaking of an Optima Blue Top battery like their D34M which measures 10 inches long x 6.88 inches W x 7.8 inches tall.
