Hey Sandra, it sounds like you have either the Kwikee Series 42 or 47 series powered steps which we have replacement sliders for but we need to make sure we know which you have. If the bottom step folds out then it's the 47 and the slider you need is the part # LC96AF or if the bottom step does not fold out you have the 42 and the slider you need is the # LC97WD for the top step or the # LC369690 for the bottom step.
