This hitch fit my 2024 Blazer EV, however it was very difficult to install by only removing the underbody panels as directed in the instructions. A better option IMHO would be to also remove the rear bumper cover.
So the structure and materials are great. My issue was that the "notching directions" were not correct. The undercover was noted at 2.5" and the Bezel was at 2 5/8" - they are backwards IMHO. I have about a 1/4" gap in the bezel - and I had to cut an additional 1/4" from the Undercover panel for it to fit. ALSO while it does fit great - if one doesnt know that you need to notch things - then slide in from below to "get around everything" - it can be challenging. Given I was doing this myself was interesting. I had hoped I could do a loose mount - then trim - Opps no way. Had to use floor jack and tilt things and "pray" it didnt drop on my head while I got bolts started.
HOWEVER - once I was "into the flow" - it went VERY well and FITs like it was built for it - haha.
The hitch came with instructions and everything that I needed. There was a minor installation issue that I was able to make work. Great trailer hitch that I will use mostly for my hitch style bike carrier.
This item does not fit the 2025 blazer ev. In order to make it fit, you would have to cut the metal clips that holds the plastic cover underneath the car. There is also a large bump underneath the car that makes seating the hitch receiver hard.
Comically terrible instructions. If you decide to purchase this unit, then throw away the instructions that come with it, and copy the ones from the Curt hitch.
I installed this on a 2025 blazer EV SS. The fit was perfect. I managed to strap it to a floor jack to lift it into place but would highly recommend using a second set of hands. My only beef about the hitch was a couple areas along edges where the paint failed to show any adhesion to metal and just fell off. Maybe a little better metal prep prior to painting.

Install looks great David! I am sorry the paint was not in better shape, I use Rust-Oleum spray paint on mine where the paint comes off to prevent it from rusting.
