  Hi John; there is no specific position you need to drill the holes for the swivel brackets on the # CE27600K90. Choose a position that works best for your setup which is likely toward the top. The swivel brackets use a 1/2" bolt, I would hold up your drill bits to the bolt to match it up like you would with anything else.
