Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a Curt hitch pin and clip for 2.5" and 3" trailer hitches. This hitch pin secures ball mounts or other hitch mount accessories in your trailer hitch receiver. It does come with the clip, so the included clip inserts onto the end of the pin. That would hold the pin in place, making sure that it doesn't back out of the hitch. The unit is constructed of a sturdy steel construction and it has a corrosion resistant and zinc plated finish. The pin diameter is 5/8" and the usable pin length, basically taking a measurement from this indention right here to the beginning of the curved part of the pin.
That's going to give us a measurement of 4/13, 16th's of an inch. That's the usable space. This is ideal for 2.5" and 3" hitches.That's going to do it for today's look at the Curt hitch pin and clip for 2.5" and 3" trailer hitches.
