Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today I'm gonna take a look at this replacement saddle lock pin for the B&W companion fifth wheel trailer hitches. It is for a quantity of one pin. Now this is gonna replace one of the saddle lock pins that'll secure your fifth wheel hitch head to the pivot arms on a B&W companion fifth wheel hitch. Now it does use two pins to secure that head to the arms. This is just for one pin, so if you do need another one, you do need to order two of 'em, this is just for one.
The two pins are used to secure the head to the arms. And I wanted to pop up an insert to give an idea of what we're talking about if you're not familiar. But there you can see is the end of the hitch head, and you'll notice how this pin is put through that hole to lock it into place over the pivot arms. The pin diameter is three eighths of an inch. So basically what happens is this pin will clip to the front saddle of the hitch head, one on each side, and then as that picture shows, it'll slide through the hole after the hitch head is set over the pivot arms to help secure it in place.
And again, this is for a quantity of one replacement pin. But that should do it for a look at the replacement saddle lock pin for the B&W companion fifth wheel trailer hitches.

Love my B&W Companion so far. The install was pretty simple and the available videos on the etrailer site were very helpful! My experience with etrailer was excellent, as always. I wish all the companies I deal with were as reputable and customer friendly as etrailer.

Perfect timing
I bought the new 20K upgraded base to replace the 18K I had. The old base had fit issues, the u-bolts were nearly impossible to get loose and the support arm/s bolts would work loose. The design of this new base eliminates all those issues and is much more sturdy. I ordered the base Thursday and received it Monday. etrailer is a great business to purchase from. I'm very happy, thanks!
Order part and received the part in a timely fashion. Just great service. My only disappointment is the cost of the part, thought it was a little high for replacement pin for my B&W hitch. But again great response time for my order from the time I ordered it to time I got it.
The replacement saddle pin is exactly what I wanted and needed. It got here quick with no issues
