I had purchased a different coupler but after my order was processed, a customer service representative e-mailed to let me know I would not be able to receive my order until late May. He recommended a similar coupler that I could order, and it could ship out immediately. When I called to change my order, the representative that helped me was kind, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. In the end, this is exactly what I was looking for! I even got my order much sooner than I had expected. I feel like I can always find any trailer part that I need at etrailer.com.
Hitch arrived on time Easy to install,cut old one off , fit good,works great. If I need another one this is what I will use, & etrailer is where I will order from.
