Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Valterra black exterior entry door window frame assembly. Now, this window frame is going to install on the exterior of your entry door or doors with black exterior and interior frames. And of course, this is going to protect the interior from the elements. And this does include the glass.
(fingers tapping) And this is an obscure, translucent safety glass. So it's going to be, it's going to allow light to come through inside of your RV or camper, but you're not gonna have to worry about someone coming up to your door and getting a clear view of the inside. It is going to give you a little bit of that, a little bit of privacy there. So not translucent, it's not transparent, rather, it is translucent (fingers tapping) and the the glass does meet (knuckles rapping) all of the required safety standards. And this does include the matching screw set to help you get this installed.
And what I would like to do is give you an overhead look and I'm gonna lay this down to where I can easily show you the measurements. So, laying that there in place. Looking at the overall height first. From end to end, we are sitting right at 24 3/4 inches tall. And then, looking at the width from end to end, we're sitting right at 15 3/4 inches wide.
And then looking at that glass again, we're gonna start with the width there again, we're sitting right at 12 inches wide on the glass. And then right at, right about 21 inches tall on that glass. And then, let me see if I can line this up just like this and talk a little bit about the measurement in between the frames. The two sides mounting flanges are going to be right at 1 3/8 inches apart. Yeah, so 1 3/8 inches apart.
So that's going to be the ideal thickness of your RV door into which this is going to be installed. Well, I think that's going to wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
great service from Joshua B & William S at e-trailer, 1st window frame arrived with broken glass tabs for hold glass in place and screw tabs. The glass moved around in shipment and brook the tabs. call e-trailer and Joshua B. was very helpful in returning window & get a new one shipped out. thank you
The manufactures packing needs to be done better so that the glass window peace does not move around during shipment & breaks tab holding glass in place and also the screw point hold the frame together.
The new one came wrapped better.

Product was a perfect drop in replacement. Only issue would be the seal strip that is on the old one. The new one does not have seal strip. Not really a problem. Judicious use of silicone resolves that but that adds time to the project.

Arrived with three plastic nubs broken !! Any suggestions as to how to proceed ? Already have a broken one that needs replaced
Alittle difficult to install & one of the plastic grommets was broken but didn’t hinder the installation.
First shipment came in damaged. The window did as advertised. I am satisfied with the product.

I bought this window kit to replace the one in my trailer due to the frame warping and tabs that held the window in place bending out of shape I’m assuming because of excessive heat from the sun. Ordering the part was easy however, when I received the new window and frame, several of the tabs were broken and there was no seal on the kit. This meant that the glass was not going to stay in place at all. I had to go to my local big box store to purchase a seal to keep water out and to hold the window in place. I would have returned the kit but I had a trip planned and didn’t have time to mess around with returning the item and waiting to get a new one.
Not super happy with how this went, but the window issue is fixed with some extra money spent and time spent.
It fit nicely and gave me a lot of light in my custom built skargo trailer. It worked flawlessly on my maiden 6 week voyage thru NM, Co, Utah and back to Texas.

perfect replacement
I received your products at a timely manner, however the frame was broken but had to install it because we needed a window in our camper before we left on vacation. i will have to get a new frame in the spring and re-install. all other products were good.
Good product, works very well, fits perfect, would be helpful to have extra pair of hands to install. Looks great!

I am waiting on a replacement frame the tabs that hold the glass up broke.
Perfect replacement for entry door wind ow.
Got my package in a timely manner. Honestly I have not installed it yet took it out of the box no damage straight easy to install
Easy to install and durable. I would order another if needed.
