Excellent product just what I was looking for. Their price match is fantastic. Etrailer always my first choice.

by:

Best price, quick delivery (even using economy). Exactly what I needed to avoid having to rewire the existing outlet. A welcome addition to my class C
toolbox.

by:

I have dealt with e trailer for years many times and always are satisfied with the quality and service Email follow up (George J) is great also. I would recommend without reservation etrailer.

by:

Shipping was faster than expected and adapter seems like it is very durable and heavy duty

by:

The product was as described and looks to be heavy duty and really nice for the price. I am happy I decided to order it from Etrailer. Thanks and I will order again

by:

Product is what I ordered and seems to be in good condition. Had trouble ordering on line and had to call to place my order. Never had that problem before. etrailer does a good job with product info and service.

by:

As always customer service and products rate at a very high level. Fast shipping too! Thanks for always being our go-to for our RV parts and supplies!

by:

Superb product! It's been working fine for more than one year. I really appreciated the follow up etrailer.com did after product purchase to ensure I was satisfied. I'd shop no where else for my RV needs.

by:

A 30 foot power cord came with our travel trailer. I had a feeling that this might be short in certain instances. I have needed the extention cord about 50% of the time. Glad I got it! Works great, and very flexible.

by:

Product is what was expected

by:

Great service, quick shipping! I have used eTrailer for all of my RV and tow vehicle's needs.

by:

I like the sturdy construction of the cord; it will hold up very well. The length is just right for allowing a good connection on both ends of the cord.

by:

Quick delivery, arrived as expected.

by:

Being new to the travel trailer community, I have found that there are always necessities that are a must to have on board. This adapter for connecting a 30 amp power converter to a 50 amp electrical service fits the bill where a 50 amp power source is the only service available. E-trailer could provide the adapter for a more reasonable price and more quickly than the other provider I researched.

by:

The plug is exactly what I needed to step up to a 50amp. I was thankful I had it when running air conditioner non stop this summer. So many of these plugs burn up but this one is holding up!

by:

Went to a week end horse show and unable to use my air conditioning due to my plug not fitting their outlet. Contacted the people at etrailer and they solved my problem right away. This adapter fits my plug and now if I arrive at a campsite with 50 amp rather than 30, I am golden, and now I can stay cool!

by:

It was made in China. The connections are lightly copper plated and not a high % of copper. Makes me wonder what the wire looks like. Instructions say always store indoors. Makes me wonder if the exposed copper plug and pins will rust? It also says do not cover cord when in use to avoid over heating. Now I really wonder what they used for internal wiring.... I think I'll send it back. etrailer's service and quality is usually excellent and I have bought over a thousand dollars worth of items since 2022 from them and have always been more than pleased with what I received up until this item. I am sending this back. The company's customer service is just top notch and can't be beat.

by:

Since I only received it today, I've only had time to look at this adapter. Inspecting it I can say it appears to be well put together and should work well. I borrowed one on my last trip for running our AC unit and additional amps available made everything, even the cords, a lot cooler than the 30 amp cord would normally run directly connected to park power post.
Based on that experience I bought this one to allow the air conditioner run a lot more efficiently.
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for better electrical performance.

by:

This adapter is necessary for a camp site only have 50 Amp outlet while your trailer has only 30 amp plug. I have spent a lot of time try to find this one, but nowhere can it be found except on etrailer.com website. Note if your wire are 20 or 30 amps you don't want to load up too many devices/electric loads even if you are hooked up to a 50amp site. This is something I always carry with me while traveling.

by:

I needed this adapter in case the campground I go to only has 50 amp service hookup. Etrailer had just what I needed and at a great price. Their website has great information on all their products and superb technical help on product review videos and customer help. You can’t do better than Etrailer when it comes to great service, fast shipping and excellent customer service.

A great product for any camper who needs an extension to their RV. Thanks again for such great products from your company…you can’t go wrong with etrailer.com.

by:

what we sometimes need if 30 amp power receptacle is not available.
