Expert Reply:
It sure can Hiroshi! The Active Controls ActiveStart Plug-In Soft Start for RVs item # AS94FR can be connected to a 50 amp service using the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter item # A10-5030FBK. It's extremely common for people to use a 50 amp power source on a 30 amp camper like what you are wanting to do.

At home we successfully use the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord to convert from 50 amp 240V to 30 amp 120V. We use the 50 amp outlet to charge either our EV OR when using the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord to power/charge our RV at 30amp 120V.
