Took longer than expected to receive order but knew when order was placed it would be over a month to receive complete order.
What I was disappointed in was the installation information, much more complicated than anticipated. Would be better if instructions were provided in one language not multiple, too much text to sort through.
Just seems overly confusing, could be done a lot better.
My purchase was just what I was looking for and very well priced. The order shipped quickly and delivered sooner than expected. I would certainly purchase from etrailer again.
E-trailer service was great as was their followup, too bad they have to deal with the Post Office which is very slow. Two weeks to deliver it. Could have paid alot to get it sooner!
