These are super Beefy. We made a custom door for our trailer. Which ended up being a huge project. But overall we're super happy with the part. Works great and will last a long time!
Just what I needed to get my trailer doors on better support. The latches work great also.
Used on the rear door of a snow cat. Will easily last the life of the machine.

The strap hinges that were purchased from etrailer were lightly sandblasted and painted black to match frame and other hardware on rebuilt trailer.
The hinges were the perfect solution for the tailgate which provided the option to support the tailgate in the horizontal position with chain or rotate the tailgate completely down and out of the way.

The welded on hinges on my trailer gate broke off. I added these hinges and the trailer gate works great again. Good product, see very strong.
I used these hinges on my shed doors, two on each door, each door is 4 feet wide by 7 foot tall. The doors are light and strong so as not to max out the weight rating of the hinges. I went with my own experience to determine how much weight the hinges will take. I would of liked to know the weight rating of the hinges, but could not find it. So far they work very well. I will keep lube on the pins because of being out in the weather, and to see how long they will last. They are a well made hinge and depends on your use should last, as long as you don't over load them.
Ordered latch and hinges (heavy) for Cargo trailer door and new tank sensors (very light and somewhat delicate) for our RV. Arrived in just a couple of days packed all in one perfect box with excellent packaging. Another site should take lessons from etrailer. Great price AND made in the USA!

thank you for the hinges. we used them not in a traditional type. but on the back of
the horse trailer door. had to drop a floor to accommodate my chuckwagon. so the door had to be redone. great product

The hinge i ordered was nothing like i had expected it to be! its simply amaaaazazing! Sure i knew i was getting a hinge, but i never expected it to have such a smooth streamline finish. Not unlike that of what i imagine an extra terrestrial spaceship to be! Such a magnificent streamlined creation from a marvelous alloy. Also when i saw that it had arrived on the exact day i was told i was sure there to be a mistake. How could i receive a product in a timely manor? Never the less they came through with their promise of delivery. What a great product! What a great company!!! Seriously though.... Great product from what i can only assume is a great company.
