Question:

I have an all Pro 5-6 ton dual cyl dump trailer with barn doors in rear. I need the hinges that the doors swing on. They are welded to the door and attached by a bolt to the trailer, Dealer keeps jerking me around. Do you have anything like this. Thanks

We do offer a hinge that may work well for you. I recommend part # PLR1904-Z. This is a barn door hinge for dump trucks and is made of 1/4 inch steel. This has a smooth surface that is designed for welding. I have also attached a photo of this hinge you can take a look at.

I have also attached a photo of the four strap hinges that might work for you. As you can see, these have holes drilled in them so they can be bolted in place for both the door and the trailer. If you choose a hinge that has a zinc coating, you will need to use extreme caution when welding in place because of poisonous fumes.

The hinges are part # 2008-8, part # 2212, and part # 2512.
