Depending on the model, setups include pusher-only or pusher/puller, so you can match airflow direction to your radiator and shroud space.
Sometimes. Reversing polarity will reverse blade rotation, but a pusher-only design may need a custom shroud to be effective as a puller. Some Derale fans are built to run either way; check the product notes for pusher/puller use. Verify airflow path and shroud coverage before finalizing.
Measure clearance between the radiator and water pump and account for the motor depth. If trimming is needed, check the distance from the mounting holes to the shroud edge on your setup. Confirm the mounting area dimensions and verify there's room for wiring and relay placement.
Derale does not publish decibel ratings. Two fans on high can be a little loud at idle. Using relays to run them in series at half speed for light duty, then switching to parallel at higher temps, helps reduce noise and power draw. A temperature probe or thermostat can automate the switch.
