Double-check your fill and vent hose sizes and the cutout shape so the connections line up and you have enough hand room behind the cap.
Installation can be straightforward with standard hose fittings and, in some cases, mounting holes that align. Be ready for minor adjustments or sidewall enlargement if your opening is smaller. Some units have a rectangular cutout behind the round flange—verify your cutout shape. Check that any twist-lock hose port fully engages; secure it if it feels loose.
