I can tell you how to determine what city water inlet valve will work for your 1995 Rialta, but there aren't any specific fits available and we wouldn't have any way of knowing the dimensions required to fit. So instead you'll just need to measure the cutout dimensions you have, and if you want a surface or recessed mount.

For example, the RV City Water Inlet with Brass Check Valve - 1/2" FPT - Metal Flange - Surface Mount # 37262155 fits a 1-1/2" diameter cutout while the RV City Water Inlet w/ Brass Check Valve - 1/2" MPT - Plastic Flange - Recessed Mount # 372321-B-26-A fits a 3-1/2" cutout and has a 4-3/4" outer flange diameter.
